With more than 36 years of experience in the Title and Escrow industry—all in Las Vegas, Nevada—Steve Dover has built a distinguished career defined by hands-on expertise, leadership, and long-term commitment. Over the first 20 years of his career, he developed a comprehensive foundation in title operations, working in roles that included search, examination, Title Officer, and underwriting. During this time, he handled a wide range of transactions, from residential properties to builder business and large-scale commercial projects.

Beginning at the ground level, Steve steadily advanced through the organization to ultimately become President of Lawyers Title of Nevada, a fully owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Title Group—the nation’s largest title insurance company.

His career reflects a rare combination of loyalty and perseverance; he has been hired only twice in his entire professional life, choosing instead to grow and succeed through hard work and dedication. Steve takes great pride in his profession, his company, and the Las Vegas community he has served throughout his career.
